I know most people look at January 1 as the day to start "eating better and exercising!" I snapped this little video of something eating one of her favorite meals ... quinoa and a spinach salad (thanks to her Aunt Nay!)
Be encouraged to try unique foods with your kids and don't give up if they don't like it the first time. It can take up to 20-30 times trying something before they enjoy it!!
