The Million Dollar Answer....

Peanut's feet and legs....

Peanut's turned his/her head and is looking at straight at you -- can you see his/her eyes???

Peanut's side profile, look at that big belly ....

As you can see -- there is only ONE peanut in there!!! Peanut's organs, spinal cord, and heart all checked out normal!! We are very thankful for the health of our little Peanut! Peanut weighs a whopping 11 oz already!!! Yep, a little chunker already!!! Peanut was breach today!

Well, are you curious where the ultrasound picture is to reveal the sex??

WE DO NOT HAVE ONE B/C PEANUT DID NOT OPEN HIS/HER LEGS!!!!!!! Peanut decided to play a joke on mommy and daddy today and put his/her hands in between the legs each time the US tech was pushing down at his/her butt!!! Despite all of the tech's poking and proding, peanut just stayed in his/her same position!!! Mommy was very disappointed today in Peanut's performance!! Since mommy doesn't like to be surprised, she is already figuring out ways to solve this "gender mystery!" Don't worry -- we will hopefully get to the bottom of this! (No pun intended!) Stay tuned...

Bummer!!! I suppose modesty is not something to be discouraged (unless Peanut was just being disobedient). :) I guess the wait continues...

So sorry - what are your alternate plans? Are you going to do the Drano test? :)

Aww, shucks. I've been checking your blog all day for this?? Hehe, jk. I'm glad the baby is healthy whether it's a boy or girl :)

Much love,

But THANK GOD that the rest of the scan went well. I couldn't sleep for two days before mine, as I was convinced that the Turnip was going to have some awful something. It is a bummer to be kept in the dark a bit longer, though! You may have to pick a gender-neutral color for the nursery!

Congrats on the singlet, and BIG congrats on the clean scan! Can't wait to see you!

So I must say that I find a teeny tiny bit of humor in Peanut not revealing his/her gender to you...Mrs. Type A personality herself! I'm sure you will find a way to determine the gender of Baby Long. Leave it to Allyson...you WILL have everything planned to a Tee! I'm very happy that Peanut is a healthy baby. He/She has some time to turn itself around the correct direction. You'll feel it doing somersaults before too long!

So, if you are really desperate to find out the sex I have heard of this at-home urine test called Intelligender (http://www.intelligender.com/)... it is supposed to be 90% accurate.

Just an idea! ;-)
